Any ideas on how to join stainless steel to a bronze casting?

RE: Joining SS to Bronze Casting

What type joint a you looking for? We used Everdue 1010 brazing rod on all jobs where the bronze or brass was amendable to same. These were all braze joints and and had to be treated as same. Hi temp silver solder, paste or stick depending on the joint design, can also be used, again if the brass or bronze is ammendable. I dont think you can get any joint to fly if by any code.

"Nico-Braze" is one material we also used. This material required a very skilled welder
