The renault Master transaxle (UN5) seems to have ample strength for a current motorsport project. The problem that I have is that there is only one final drive ratio (known to the local supplier) of 1:5.35. A custom ring and pinion would price it into the porsche G50/50 (well used one I admit) range. The final drive is 9.5inches.
Does anyone know of another drive ratio that is closer to the UN1's 4.11?
