Compared to QS 9000 , What is  the main advantage of TS16949 .

RE: QS9000

This is what Google shows.

1.What is the difference between QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949?
QS-9000 defines the fundamental quality system expectations common to Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, and a score of subscribing companies.
ISO/TS 16949 is as the above subscribed by many more major automotive industries globally. There are relatively few essential differences to system requirements specified.
