During performance testing of vessels, we need to determine the seastate conditions.  We ofter deploy a bouy, but we some times leave that range.  What devises are availbe for wave height measurement?

Thanks u got my star, other systems found were:

The wave height measurement equipment found was Miros developed by Wavex. See http://www.miros.no/wavex.htm

Moored Littoral Wave Buoy were deployment during Naval Exercise Kernel Blitz 2001, Camp Pendleton, CA from Neptune Science.  They also have drift buoys.  See: http://www.neptunesci.com/  go to products page.
