MDT6 - AMNOTE (Help required)

(OP)
G'day All,

I am using MDT6 and my question is how do I get the command AMNOTE to use the dimension styles I want it to.  When I currently add a hole note to a drilled hole in Layout Mode. I get very small text height, incorrect font and incorrect formating. Can someone please advise.

Cheers

RE: MDT6 - AMNOTE (Help required)

By default all your layout dimensions should be scaled to either '1' or paperspace.  Your leaders should also be scaled to 1.  However they are separate from each other re formatting.

In the dialogue box for the hole note (and any text entry box) you can highlight the text and right click to bring up the text formatting options.

If you want to make a more permanent change, change the templates in the 'note template' section in mechanical options (assist menu).  You can change all the templates for the different 'notes' including drilled holes here.

Hope this helps?
