AutomationDirect Ethernet I/O ActiveX

(OP)
We would like to use Automation Direct's T1H-EBC ethernet IO with 24V IO modules.  Their cost is about 1/2 that of Opto-22 or NI but we can't find a simple ActiveX to interface with these products and our Visual Basic application.  There are SDKs available but documentation is scarce and implementation awkward.  We would be glad to pay for a good program, even if we only use a portion of it.  Does anybody know of an ActiveX, 3rd party consultant, or software package?

RE: AutomationDirect Ethernet I/O ActiveX

I'm not too sure of your app. but look into Automation Dir's "DSData" Server.

RE: AutomationDirect Ethernet I/O ActiveX

Great suggestion, PC-DSDATA is $295 and is nice DDE/OPC server. It was easy to integrate with Visual Basic for a SCADA system I once built. Look @ www.automationdirect.com for this product!
