ATEX Self certifying someone elses kit

(OP)
Hello
I have this problem.
I am about to purchase a twin screw feeder to be situated in a Zone 1 area.
The feeder is for pharmaceutical powders, therefore low tolerences, high Ra value on surface finish etc.
The motor itself on the feeder will already be ATEX approved.
The problem is the delivery of the feeder assembly with ATEX certification is 18 weeks, this is totally unacceptable I require the equipment alot sooner.
Therfore I am intending to self certify the screw feeder assembly.
Does anyone have any tips on carrying the risk asessment out on this piece of kit.

It would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
