(OP)
I need to attach valves to a sheetmetal panel (mount holes are underneath the valve body)
at present can do it with expensive machined blocks and lots of screws into a tapped panel

Access to panel is from one side only (top)

I am looking for something similar to pem stand off's that can be screwed (10-32) into the valve body and then be pushed into a "spring" clip in the sheetmetal panel (similar to plastic panel clips for auto interior's)
