(OP)
I just received word that I passed the FE exam and am wondering how one would suggest wording that on my resume. Had someone suggest to add an addition title of "Licensure" and insert it under that, but I'm questioning the actually wording.
Thanks in advance for any help!

RE: resume help
Or, "passed Fundamental Engineering exam"? I don't suggest you give 'em your score, though.
RE: resume help
Second, I have to agree with ICman. An EIT is not really licensed; though you can definitely include 'EIT' as he suggested. Take the PE test as soon as you can(with the proper study).
RE: resume help
How about "Successfully passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam towards earning Professional Engineering License"?

RE: resume help
"mbdoc3, E.I.T."
in the name block of you resume. Immediately that tells the reviewer that you successfully passed the EIT. Congrats!
RE: resume help
Some US states (most, I think) are changing the EIT designation to Engineer Intern (EI).
You might want to check out your local area's practice (or the areas where you are seeking employment) to get the proper title.....just semantics, though.
RE: resume help
You could have a section 'Professional Qualifications' or 'Professional Standing' and under it put your progress so far and a statement like 'can demonstrate successful progress to professional engineer status'.
