TPH

TPH

(OP)
Im trying to find some information on TPH test methods. Recenty Texas has moved to useing test method 1005 and 1006 for TPH analysis instead of 418.1 Im curious if my colleages and I need to change our analysis and risk assesments as well. I need to use the most representative test method and be able to justify my risk assesment. Is there a good source in information out there anywhere? Can anyone help me identify criteria and requirements that other states especially in EPA Region 6, use for TPH sampling and analysis, assessment, screening and cleanup?  Specifically,I need to identify
    -Sampling technique and analytical method(s)
-TPH values computed as numerical risk
    -Other non-numerical protocols in use
-Differences in criteria for crude v. refined  v.compressor stations v unknown, etc.
-Cleanup numbers for soil, subsoil, ground water   and surface water and their basis, i.e., numerical risk or other.
          -Other considerations
Thanks
