Hi! Brand new to the list, and to this topic in general.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good (but pretty BASIC) tutorials on suspension systems, specifically semi-active suspension systems. Websites, books, technical papers, whatever.
My level of knowledge is very low, so I want to start at the bottom and work my way up. So, in your suggestions, I appreciate you assuming I know little or nothing about suspension systems, let alone semi-active ones.
(In truth, I know a little, but don't feel comfortable enough with the topic yet and want to get more background. Maybe even a tutorial on suspension systems first, working up into semi-active and active control, and eventually into theories like skyhook, etc.)

Do you have a reasonable understanding of control theory?
If you haven't done so I suggest you read and understand Milliken's Race Car Vehicle Dynamics.
