Does anyone know of any standards organization or other resource that publishes guidelines for removing calcium carbonate and calcium magnesium carbonate deposits from the insides of heat exchangers?

THERE IS HUGE LITERATURE FOR YOUR CONCERN..
(1) THE PROBLEM IS THAT BY FOULING HEAT EXCHANGE SURFACES HUGE ENERGY LOSSES RESULTS AND TUBES FAILURE
(2) TO REMOVE DEPOSITS EITHER MECHANICAL OR CHEMICAL METHODS ARE APPLYIED INTERNATIONALLY, THE LATER ARRIVING IN 100% CLEAN SURFACES .
(3)I CAN GIVE YOU A LOT OF INFORMATION AND LITERATURE REGARDING THE CHEMICAL CLEANING METHOD
