Can I get a 'bubble' effect in Trans ABS?

Can I get a 'bubble' effect in Trans ABS?

(OP)
Hi
I am looking to achieve a translucent blue ABS component with wall thicknesses between 1-2mm with what should look like small bubbles distributed within the moulding. I can't post process so is there an additive or technique that could achieve such a look.
Thanks for your help.

RE: Can I get a 'bubble' effect in Trans ABS?

tinari,

You probably want to look at adding a blowing, or foaming, agent to the material.  You can do a quick search for suppliers on the net or some others in here will probably give you some good references.  Have fun.
