Hi Dean,
I do not recognize the p/n of your bolts. Try to find out if they are made to a mil-standard, if so you may find the values in MIL-HDBK-5. (avail. on the net)

RE: shear load of 375 jo bolt needed

The only cross ref I've found for Jo-bolt is the NAS167* etc series fasteners. NAS1675-4 is the procurement spec for these and it details the strength requirements.
eg. A NAS1672-6 (0.375 CSK A-286) Class II fastener has a double shear strength of 15750 lbs min. per Table 1 of NAS1675.

Hope this helps.

As far as I can find out, JO-BOLT was a proprietory name for an Avdel blind fastener type dating from the 1950s(I think Avdel are now part of the Textron group, but the JO-BOLT is no longer produced by them).  Your best bet would probably be to contact a rep for one of these companies and see what information they can supply - Avdel can normally supply a comprehensive data-sheet for any of their fasteners.
