RE: effects of oil/gas pipelines on land development

Up here in Alberta, oil and gas pipelines are a fact of life.  Land development is not hindered per se, but there are some regulations and rules which must be adhered to.

It all comes down to the type of land development being proposed, the land use bylaws or statutes and the desrires of the developer.  A little more information would be helpful.

Howdy Sean,

I haven't seen John in a few years now.  I am currently working on an on again/off again rural residential development with plenty of oilfield activity and pipelines to contend with.  You or John are welcome to give me a call and maybe we can share info.  Contact me at (780)573-9394 or through my website.
