Does anyone know the most effective method for dealing with the Fan Power Limitation for the ASHRAE Energy Eff. Standard [ASHRAE 90.1] when designing large buildings? The Limitations are (allowable Nameplate Motor Power):
              Constant Volume Sys        Variable Volume Sys
<20,000 CFM    1.2hp/1000CFM              1.7hp/1000CFM
>20,000 CFM    1.1hp/1000CFM              1.5hp/1000CFM
