Converting configurations to design tables?

Converting configurations to design tables?

Converting configurations to design tables?

(OP)
I am in the process of consolidating and checking common parts at our place.  I need to verify that all part configurations are driven by a design table.  Currently part configurations are either created manually/have design tables/ or a combination in one file.  Is there a way to convert manual configs into a design table, or is this a manual conversion only?

RE: Converting configurations to design tables?

SolidWorks 2003 will add your configurations and custom properties to the design table - if you have that option activated.
Edit your design table definition...
So the short answer is YES.
Insert a new design table and select the appropriate options.
