Moment and Reactions for Rectangular Plates - Monograph 27

Moment and Reactions for Rectangular Plates - Monograph 27

(OP)
I have been searching for Engineering Monograph No. 27 " Moments and Reactions for Rectangular Plates" from the U.S. Department of the Interior and have not had much luck locating a copy of this.  Does anyone know of how or where I can get a copy of this?  Thanks in advance for your help

RE: Moment and Reactions for Rectangular Plates - Monograph 27

I've checked and pretty much verified it's out of print at this time.  If you need just a few pages, I can fax them to you.  Maybe if you check Ebay, someone is selling them.
As an editorial note, I think it's a real shame that our federal government can't find it within their multi trillion dollar budget to sell (at a break even price) useful tools like this.  They've already done the tough part (developing the tables) so all they have to do is print up a bunch and take orders.
Maybe I'll write a letter.

"A good reference for the two-way wall design (not using FEM model) is the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation's publication titled, Moments and Reactions for Rectangular Plates.  The following was emailed to me from NTIS.gov:

The ordering # and price as follows:

PB96-172242/LL  $36.50 each per document
Plus $5.00 handling per order

You can call our Sales Desk at 1-800-553-NTIS or 1-703-605-6000 with a
