Beam column model of shear wall

Beam column model of shear wall

(OP)
I am searching for a really good example in a textbook or paper on how to model a concrete shear wall using beams and columns.  I have an interior concrete shear wall, 8" thick, 36 feet high and 200 feet long.  There are various door openings in the wall.  I will be using a computer program to analyze the shear capacity of the wall using inputs of beams and columns.  I would like to see an example and perhaps do the calcs first by hand.
Thanks
