pressure on pin-bushing coupling for control system

pressure on pin-bushing coupling for control system

(OP)
I am designing the control system components for a ultralight plane and to simplify construction I would like not to use bushing on aluminium bellcrancks, so that there will be a direct contact between pin (cadmium plated steel)  and hole surface of bellcranck (6061T6). My problem is that, even if I have some indications on max contact pressure and pressure-velocity product (for aluminium base bushing, and depending on velocity and contactlenght/diameter ratio, are indicated values below 40 MPa) I don't have any informations on the life of the coupling or the way it can be calculated. Can anybody address me to the informations I need?
Thanks
