What is MAWP of Vessel?
What is supply pressure?
What is supply volume, flow rate?

What information are you looking for?  

I assume you don't know where to start (and in that case, I seriously do not recommend you size this PSV on your own unless you have someone qualified to check your work).  API 520 would be the first place I would recommend you review assuming you have someone there who can help you with any questions.
