I've got to design a control for a brushless DC motor and I'm looking for control chips to build from.  To give an idea of what I'm looking for, Fairchild Semiconductor made a part that would've been just about perfect...the ML4426 BLDC motor controller.  The specifics were the bi-directional spin control and the capability of driving high voltage motors (I need 80V or better).  I was wondering if anybody had run into a similar chip that I don't know about.  The .PDF for the ML4426 is still on the web at the following link:

Cheers,

Peter
