Y-taper piles ?

Y-taper piles ?

Y-taper piles ?

Has anybody heard of or know of "Y-taper piles"?

I have heard of Raymond step-taper piles but know little of "y-taper piles".

I believe they are concrete filled piles, possibly with steel casing/liner.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

(For those of you who also hang out in the Pile Engineering forum, I apologize for the duplication of posting there too!)

Okay, found what I was looking for.

It is a type of fluted tapered steel section by Monotube Pile Coproration.  http://www.monotube.com
