offset (DMU)

(OP)
hi,
i am having some problem offsetting from a sub assembly and i tried every possible solution there is, maybe you can help me.
i have a top and bottom U joint that is a assembly to a swivel, and the sub assembly is connect to a mount that is about 210 degrees arc with a hole on each side of the mount where the U joints shaft goes into.
The problem is that i have to constraint one side of the shaft with the surface of the mount at -3.05". When i pick the end of the shaft and the face of the mounting hole that is passes through, it offset from the center of the swivel to the end of the shaft. "wrong offset".
