I have project to build centrifuge with motor dc, but i have problem with speed control with PWM. I need max 3000 rpm and i use encoder for to know how many rotation and position. But i don't how to integrated with microcontroller. Can I use PWM chip?

But in this project i use ATMEL 2051 for controller, why ? because is very cheap mC. i use 3000 rpm in 10 minutes. First step is to check every cyletime increasing speed but still dont understand how to implementing that to assembly program

Yes, you can use a PWM controller to run the motor at a set RPM and you could make everything analog.

What is the RPM accuracy you need to attain ?.
Question what is the power of the motor and the voltage.

How many are you going to build ?.
