locking images to background

Inserting images into the a autocad drawing.
Is there any way to lock the image to the background.
I send it to the back by tools--->send to back but it creeps to the front when i zoom or move it.

All new and edited objects are on top. I don’t know any ways to change this.
Maybe this macro is a tiny little help (You need still one command):
^C^C_draworder;\;;
I hope of better ideas, also…

To do this you can do the following:
1. Reference toolbar:
2. Modify menu: Object Image Transparency
3. Shortcut menu: Select an image (image frame needs to be on), right-click in the drawing area, and choose Image Transparency.
4. Command line: transparency
Select image(s):
Enter transparency mode [On/Off] <current>: Enter an option or press ENTER
On
Turns transparency on so that objects beneath the image are visible.
Off
Turns transparency off so that objects beneath the image are not visible.
Hope this helps. I have this to be the best option for me,
