Electrostatics filters - ionisation part

(OP)
Hi,

I'd like to know more about ionisation of dust particles as used in electrostatics filters. I've looked in ASHRAE's system & equipment but didn't find much. Does anyone know where I could get a more thorough and complete information (websites, books)? It's for an industrial application (big air volume)

Thanks in advance,
OkdB

RE: Electrostatics filters - ionisation part

Hello,

See: www.aafintl.com/eprise/main/aaf_intl/default

This is the American Air Filter Site, not necessarily
specific to electrostatic, but has a good amount of info
on selecting dust collection equipment for various industries.
