Guys

We have to manufacture a fire pump control panel for use in the UK

Can anyone point me towards any applicable standards

thanks

thanks for that...i was hoping for a pointer to standards/design guides that are different from ordinary panels

RE: fire pump panel standards

There are no standards for the fire water pump panel construction as such. The only thing that is often imposed by specifiers is that the panel should be os 2mm( min) sheet steel/stainless steel and that it has a IP 54 rating.
