How do you intall the perlite in the cold box?

How do you intall the perlite in the cold box?

(OP)
We buy the the perlite packages of 5kg/bag and pull it from top of cold box.
After commissioning start up, we find part of the cold box surface has a little condensation.
Does anyone give me advice how to solve the problem ?

RE: How do you intall the perlite in the cold box?

I thought the coldbox was supplied with a "stayfull" or "stayfill" nozzle on the top of the jacket. Open the flange and fill the vermiculite/perlite into the nozzle, probably using a fan /hose arrangement.

Maybe try sending an e-mail to Praxair and ask for advice.

Thanks
Could you tell me what is difference between stayfill and stayfull?
We use a PVC pipe to agitate the perlite during the installation.
