Divide Part and Saved hole settings

V11SP8  When I divide a part and create 2 new ones, there are no favorite hole settings in the new part file. It's as if it uses a different template file.Any one know a way around this?

RE: Divide Part and Saved hole settings

Back in v11, when you created FOP or divide part, the default SE templates were used.  You would wish that your custom templates could be chosen, or at least use the template of the part that was used to create the children parts.

In later releases, the parent template is used to create the children.  For v11, your best bet would be to verify what template was used and modify that template to include your hole settings.

Thanks Swertel
I figured it was using a template, but it must be hidden ,'cause I have my hole settings on all the templates.(renamed mine normal.par etc.
