(OP)
I have much experience forming acrylics and now am trying my hand at polycarbonate. To my knowledge I should be able to blow or vacuum polycabonate domes the same as acrylic. But all the tests I have run the domes lean over extemely.
I am trying to free blow an 11" dome 5.5 " high from .1875 polycarbontate.
