mechanica - is it possible to "view max"with "capping surface&quo

(OP)
I am running Pro/MECHANICA on a complex part with some internal areas that are difficult to view.  I can create a "capping surface" or a "cutting surface" to view these regions, but then I an unable to use "view max".  I know you can zoom in on a particular location and then change the legend values, but that is very time consuming.
Is there a way to display the maximum values after creating a capping surface?

actaris, i have run into the same problem too. the only thing i know is do the "view max" first and then create a capping plane. let me know if u have found a better solution.

In Wildfire integrated mode you can create a capping surface using isosurface - in other words just see the stresses in the model above a specified value
