NADCAP approval for wire EDM

NADCAP approval for wire EDM

(OP)
Does anyone have experience with NADCAP approval of the wire electrical discharge machining process? I will be undergoing this within 3 months. We have experience with NADCAP, but not in the EDM area. The checklist looks like it was designed with old technology in mind. My machine is a 2002 Fanuc 1iB, with the latest "AI". NADCAP's list seems almost impossible as all of my settings are imbedded in programs for better process control (something NADCAP seems not to acknowledge is possible). There will be no operator involvement other than selecting which program to use.

Any info or experience would be helpful!
