Burner Flame Safety

Burner Flame Safety

(OP)
Five steel vats containing aqueous solutions are heated from below with individual 40,000 btu/hr drilled-pipe natural gas burners.  The burners are fitted with atmospheric mixers and manual shutoff valves.

What are the most simple but effective flame safety systems that can be adapted to these burners?  A brief description of the required components and possible sources would be appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance.

Two safety devise could be considered:
Flame sensor, heat sensitive safety valves supply automatically cuts off then no flame is present.
Equipped with an Oxygen Depletion Sensor, a safety feature that shuts down the unit automatically if there is not sufficient oxygen in the room.

RE: Burner Flame Safety

e.g. flame / hear sensor - thermocouple and switch as in gas water heaters for home use or anywhere else.
