Material Selection : Heat Exchanger Tube for SO2

(OP)
Hi! I am in a project where we want to extract heat from exhaust Flue Gas - which contains CO2 5.5%, H2O 6.0%, N2 76%, O2 12.5% & SO2 500 ppm. Gas Temperature 200 degC and want to cool down to 100 degC. This temp. as low as 100 degC may lead to S-attack.

Please let me know most economical Material for Heat Exchanger Tubes. Gas will be kept in shell side. Any suitable coated tube for this which will be corrosion resistant, heat resistant & will allow heat transfer? Eagerly look for answer to this from my forum friends.

Regards, Anjan Bose
