Torque requirements for unusual screw types

(OP)
I'm not familiar with these type of screws and I need to know what torque requirements would be required for them:

.138-32 x 1/4 phfh 100 deg sz
.164-32 x .625 phph sz cone sems
.190-32 x 250 phfh 100 deg sz
.138-32 x .25 phph sz cone sems

Is there a guideline that I can refer to for future use?

Anything you can do would be appreciated.

Thanks,
