I have to check on the installation of several control enclosures. Where can find the standards regarding components layout and wiring in a control enclosure.

NFPA 79, is a good start.  There may be issues not covered in NFPA 79 that you may wish to consider, for example we require device tags to be mounted on the panel, not the device or panel wireway.  Be sure each device manufactures requirements for clearance are meet, and I like to see heat dissipation considered such that the equipment will operate in the extreams of the environment.  Hoffman has a nice program to do that, and its free from their website.

You do not state where you are located. Standards in the US are different from standards in other countries.

   I strongly suggest you also take a look at NEC articles 430 and 670.
