Search for engineer: project involving very low speed aerodynamics

(OP)
This message is from a none engineer who is searching for an aerodynamic engineer who likes to invent and think out of the  box.  I am presently beginning work on a project that is far beyond my capabilities.  It involves low speed aerodynamics and high speed rotor dynamics in one machine.  The concept I believe is sound but needs to be proven.  The idea here is to drum up interest for a possible parrnership that would take a product from concept to patent and then to market.  The very real possability exists that the early stage concept could warrant a grant from the D.O.E.
for proof of concept.  My search begins here!  Anyone interested?

RE: Search for engineer: project involving very low speed aerodynamics

Hi I have worked on helicopters, hovercraft, aircarft diesel engines, ducted props and low speed aircraft concepts.  The ducted prop was real winner because we tripled the thrust of a conventional prop.
