OPENING LARGE ASSEMBLIES IN FULL "DESIGN MODE"

OPENING LARGE ASSEMBLIES IN FULL "DESIGN MODE"

(OP)
I am currently working on a large assembly which contains
over 2000 parts.

The only way I can view the entire assembly is by using Cache management.

I am unable to open this assemly in full "Design Mode".

I am running a 2.2 ghz machine with 2.0gb of RAM.

Is there any possible way to open this model in full "Design Mode".

I need to accomplish this task to allow for "SmartTeam" file management issues.
