RE: Tips about acid cleaning in cells from electroclorination plant
DEPOSITE OF CALCARIUS PARTICLES ON CATHODE SURFACES IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN ANY ELECTROCHLORINATION UNIT.IF THE UNIT IS SMALLER,THE CAHODE CAN BE WASHED IN WATER(WITHOUT BRUSHING)& SUBSEQENTLY DIPPED IN HCL ACID SOLUTION CONCENTRATION OF 5% FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES WITH SUBSEQUENT WATER WASH.
FOR LARGER SYSTEMS, GENERALLY ACID SOLUTION IS RECIRCULATED
FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES WITH SUBSEQENT WATER WASH. EFFECTIVE CLEANING TIME DEPENDS ON ACID SOLN.CONCENTRATION,HARDNESS IN BRINE ,FREQUENCY OF CLEANING IN CASE OF SEAWATER BASED SYSTEMS.WE HAVE ACHIVED VERY EFFECTIVE RESULTS WITH ABOVE
METHODOLOGY.VISIT www.iecfabchem.com FOR MORE INFO.
