We want to use 304 in LPG condenser system the temperature
is (-100 C) quite low. is there any problem using 304 at that lower temperature. I want some references to support that.

See e.g. ASME VIII-1 , you can use 304 up to minus 193 C without impact testing. With testing even lower.
