Linking PDMWorks to a batch print utility

(OP)
Been playing around with PAC4SWX and think its great.  There are two more things I'd like to do and was wondering if there was something out there that could accomplish this.
First: Is there an automated way to retrieve all the drawings for a specific project folder in PDMWorks?
Second: Once retrieved, is there something out there that will use the PAC4SWX (or equivalent) and batch print to PDF format?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

RE: Linking PDMWorks to a batch print utility

Are you using the "Keep extra copy of latest files" option in PDMWorks?  If so, it is fairly easy to do what you are wanting.

RE: Linking PDMWorks to a batch print utility

You can use a cool little PDF Printer Called PDF995. It is availabale for free from http://www.pdf995.com. There is also a developer FAQ if you want to automate stuff but it is not very friendly.

GlennFranck - We currently are not using that function in PDMWorks, but plan to do so soon.  Is there a program that will retrieve all of the drawings for a specific project folder?

DohPee - Thank you.  I have looked at this program.  I will revisit it to see how user friendly it is.
