CASS TESTING

(OP)
HI ALL

CAN ANYONE TELL ME OF A STANDARD FOR EVALUATING RESULTS OF CASS TESTS.
THE COMPONENT CURRENTLY UNDER TEST IS; FeC BASE METAL, BRONZE / CHROME PLATING, WITH A PLATING DEPTH OF 75 - 100 MICRONS.
GRADES OF 10 AFTER 1000HRS ARE ACHIEVED USING NSS TESTING, WHICH HAS LED ME USE A MORE AGRESSIVE FORM OF TESTING.
IF THERE IS NOT A STANDARD CAN ANYONE POINT ME IN THE DIRECTION OF INFORMATION?

BEST REGARDS

RE: CASS TESTING

We have an internal standard consisting of assessing the number of rust particles per unit area.  I suggest for more information try posting this queery on the www.finishing.com page.
