Internal Corner Radius Overcut

(OP)
My question is reguarding LMC position of corner Radius on an internal square feature.  The feature is dimensioned (for example) 12.000 x 12.000 +-.005 with a 1.50 +-.02 Rad.(4x). The dwg. is to be interpreted per ASME Y14.5M. The resultant condition of the feature is 12.004 x 12.004 and the corner R's are 1.500.  However at the points of tangency the R's overcut slightly giving the measurement of 12.010.  I have not had any success finding a proper interpretation of this condition in ASME 14.5M-1994.  Can the R's overcut up to the default .XX tol. for position?
