Do somebody know a place on the internet, where I could find some informations from any S/N curves?

Be sure to look at Stanford University's Virtual Engineering site - http://cdr.stanford.edu/html/WWW-ME/home.html - there are several links to material data bases that might be useful. The American Society for Metals (ASM) offers this data for a fee and lists their products on the web at their site. You should also consider looking at the Write Patterson Air Force Base website - they publish the MIL-HDBKs and might have information available...
