any thoughts?

RE: energy recovery loop

You need a coil sizing application. Most heat recovery and/or coil manufacturers will have what you need. Otherwise you could sit and work out the answer iteratively....but I'd recommend the free software. It will spit out flow rate, heat recovery, number of rows, fins per inch. I recommend trying Heatcraft's coil selection tools as well. www.heatcraft.com

RE: energy recovery loop

I would call the "T" or "C" rep.
both have programs to size the coils.
My guess is a 4 row coil, 8 fpi, 10% glycol, 750 fpm face velocity, pump, expansion tank, fill valve, freeze stats...

Thank you for the answers! you're right. i was ending up in an iterative exercise.
