Hi Folks(New),
I have two[/b} topographic maps of 2 deposits in two(2) separate files.I will like to combine them in Autocad to form one map .Could u advise if this is possible? How -does a stitching program exists to do same. Will like your assistance

RE: Hi Folks(New), I have two topograp

If you are using plain AutoCAD (not Land etc) you can simply open one of your documents in AutoCAD, then Insert / Block / browse, find your other file and insert it at the required point in model space.  Then you can fine-adjust the alignment by Move, Rotate, Scale etc.  When the position is ok, and if you want to edit the block you have just inserted, then Explode it into its entities.

RE: Hi Folks(New), I have two topograp

The other way to do this is to insert one dwg into the other usinx exref.

ZMEI.

RE: Hi Folks(New), I have two topograp

The above suggestions are good as long as the two topog drawings are blocks, wblocks or Xref drawings.  If they are not why dont you just do a copy and paste.
