Is is possible to do AES channel swapping without use of a DSP?

(OP)
I am looking for a device that is capable of swapping AES audio channels within the AES audio pair without using a DSP to do so. Is there such a device? I was toying with the idea of using a Analog Devices D/A converter and it's convert A/D counter part. I was just hoping to keep it within a digital domain. The signal would be sychronous and the serial output device should be reclocking. I'm trying to make router of sorts. Any suggestions?
Thanks
