NEED ASSISTANCE IN CHANGING BACKGROUND COLOR OF "DRAWING"

(OP)
I was trying to open a drawing and by error pressed something, which changed the background color of "drawing" -now everytime I open AutoCad, all the drawings are viewable in white background and not grey. The problem: I can not see the cursor because of it, so I can 't draw or do anything. Can you please show me how to correct my error?
