Jacking of Riveted Tanks

Jacking of Riveted Tanks

(OP)
Dear Experienced friend,

Please advice me on the difficulties experienced in Jacking of all Riveted type Vertical Storage tank. I am looking into the possibility of Jacking a 25.5mtr Diameter x 9.8 mtr High fixed roof type tank. Will there be problems of loose rivets in the shell if synchronised Jacking is undertaken.
When correcting a tilt of 1.5 degrees do you raise the tank as it is and then correct the tilt and lower or you correct the tilt initially and then jack up the tank to the required level for other work.
